No tracking number yet?
Orders get a tracking number when they ship, usually within 1 to 3 business days. Look up your order status with your order number and the email you used at checkout.
When will it ship?
Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday, start processing the same day. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Shipping policy
Tracking not updating?
New labels can take up to 24 hours to show their first scan. If nothing changes for 3 business days, email us and we’ll check with the carrier.
Damaged or missing?
Email support@homebackupco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
