1. Our commitment

Home Backup Co is committed to making homebackupco.com accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we review the site as we add features and products.

2. What we've done

• Text and interactive elements are designed for strong color contrast.
• Every link, button and control can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline.
• Pages use real headings, lists and tables, so screen readers can navigate them.
• Product images include descriptive alternative text.
• Interactive tools, such as the backup power sizer on our homepage, use accessible switch controls and announce results to screen readers.
• The site respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.
• Layouts adapt to phones, tablets and zoomed text without losing content.

3. Known limitations

Some content comes from manufacturers, such as product photos with embedded text, spec sheets and manuals in PDF format, and may not be fully accessible. If you need any product information in a different format, email us and we’ll provide it.
