Overview
The BigBattery APEX 10K is a 48V off-grid hybrid inverter that delivers 10,000W of 120/240V split-phase pure sine wave power, with up to 20,000VA of peak output for starting motors up to 6 HP. It pairs with LiFePO4 battery banks and takes solar plus one AC input (grid or generator).
Two MPPT solar inputs accept strings up to 550V open circuit (125 to 450V DC operating), for up to 10,500W of solar. It charges batteries at up to 200A from solar or 120A from the grid or a generator. An 80A pass-through keeps large appliances and critical circuits running, and it switches over in about 10 ms.
Up to six units can run in parallel, and three or more can form a three-phase system. Wiring enters from the bottom for a clean install.

FAQ
Can it be installed outdoors?
No. BigBattery rates the APEX IP20, for indoor installation only.
Which batteries work with it?
48V lithium (including BigBattery’s ETHOS and HUSKY 2 INV) or lead-acid batteries. Lithium batteries can communicate over CAN or RS485.
Can I get 240V?
Yes. It outputs 120/240V split-phase from a single unit.
Can I connect both grid and a generator?
The APEX 10K has one AC input, for grid or a generator. The APEX 6.5K has separate grid and generator inputs.
