Description
Overview
The Renogy PUH inverter converts 12V battery power into pure sine wave AC power and switches automatically between on-grid and off-grid power, so connected devices keep running through an outage.
Thermally controlled cooling fans manage heat, and over-voltage, over-current and short-circuit protection guard the system. Monitor it in the DC Home app over Bluetooth and switch it on or off remotely.
Who it’s for
- RV, marine and semi-truck setups connected to shore power.
- Home offices that need uninterrupted power during short outages.
- Off-grid gardens and workshops on a Renogy solar and battery system.
Key benefits
- UPS switching: automatic changeover between shore or grid power and battery.
- Protection: over-voltage, over-current and short-circuit protection.
- Cooling: fans pull air over heat sinks to keep the inverter in its ideal temperature range.
- App and remote: real-time monitoring in the DC Home app and remote control from your seat.

FAQ
Why does it trip when I run several appliances?
The combined load must stay under 3000W. Inductive appliances like air conditioners and fridges also draw a startup surge, so plan for that peak.
Will it keep my devices on during an outage?
Yes. With shore or grid power connected, it switches to battery power automatically when that supply drops.
