Overview
Each ETHOS module adds 5.12kWh (100Ah at 51.2V) to a BigBattery ETHOS system. Modules stack on each other and connect to the ETHOS control box, which handles up to 16 modules (about 81.6kWh).
A smart BMS balances the cells automatically, an internal fire suppression system adds safety, and the case is rated IP65 / NEMA 4X. ETHOS communicates over CANBus and RS485 with inverters from EG4, Sol-Ark, Growatt, Voltronic, Victron, Megarevo, Schneider, SMA, Deye, Solis, Inhenergy and Luxpower.
Note: this is a single module for expanding an ETHOS system. It needs an ETHOS control box.
