Overview
The 12V HUSKY 2 packs 5.12kWh of Tier 1 LiFePO4 cells into one IP65 / NEMA 4X rated battery. It’s BigBattery’s most energy-dense 12V battery.
This INV version includes CANBus and RS485 inverter communications. A smart BMS balances the cells automatically, a self-heating function keeps it charging through winter, and the hardened shell resists vibration. An LED meter shows state of charge, with an external meter and mobile app as options.
Up to 16 connect in parallel (they’re not designed for series wiring). BigBattery notes this battery is for energy storage, not for powering vehicle drive systems.

Can I wire them in series?
No. HUSKY 2 batteries connect in parallel only, up to 16.
Does it work in the cold?
Yes. A self-heating function supports charging in cold weather.
Which inverters does it talk to?
BigBattery’s sheet lists Victron for 12V inverter communication settings. Tell us your inverter and we’ll confirm.
